Reduce complexities of the current onboarding process and provide a solid platform for integration into upcoming large-scope products.
Approach
Gathered workshop data conducted during 1.0 phase. Jumped into secondary research to inform our product strategy and experience. Conducted Guerrilla testing. Prioritized customer pain-points, wants and needs. Presented the insights to stakeholders.
Results
Exceeded the users expectations. Successfully rolled-out Phase 1.5 by the end of Q4 despite engineering setbacks. Provided a solid platform for future enhancements
